HVACexpert closed a deal for $27k to the simple office build out for distribution center department

got the pre-order for (3) packaged unitary systems for a design/build job with my customer. We had a good lead time and price for the equipment, which always helps! more equipment and material to bid still on this job so it could be bigger even. but getting some of the larger 'anchor' equipment in first will help with the rest. These smaller jobs are fun because it is right in the wheelhouse for my company to be able to provide everything from A-Z on the job. Is really fun to walk the site and know everything was provided by us.
