My paycheck motivates me the most, but from the options listed music definitely helps to make the days shorter and more enjoyable
Getting a good playlist is a must when knocking out emails or admin stuff
not being poor. sometimes it's the things we DON'T want that motivate us the most.
I'm internally motivated but I enjoy external motivators occasionally. I listen to music throughout the day - typically a classical station on Pandora just to fill the silence.
I go on afternoon walks 2-3 times per week and will try to find a sales or business podcast to listen to but I feel there is always more to learn.
