jessb closed a deal for $1.7M

This is one of my smallest wins but biggest victories.

In working with the city the past two years the team and I faced multiple obstacles from city council members that were not behind the project to turnover in city staff. The redline process for the agreement took months in itself. A month ago the agreement went before city council and got shredded by one council member, our internal champion was ill prepared, I was there but she never called me forward to field the questions by the council member. The item was tabled pending further discussion. After that council meeting I requested from my internal champion to allow me time with the council member and his staff to discuss further. After that meeting the item was brought before council this past week on the consent agenda and was approved.

A good way to wrap up the quarter!
