This deal has been going back and forth since March 2022. The main hang we had to overcome was cost on a new custom device. My company builds quite a lot of custom equipment but customers usually get hung up on pricing. Because of the esoteric nature of the device we were confident there wasn't another option out there to get it produced. I was able to stay firm on pricing and we will now get to ship this the end of Q4 with our intended margin.
