This deal cycle was relatively short, but it was an annual renewal combined with an upsell for additional product. The upsell was actually brought to us by the software vendor directly (we are reselling it in this case) and it was for expanded use, additional technology, and implementation services. We originally brought this software vendor into the customer back in 2019 so it was nice to get the upsell in return from them and increase our profit by 3x on the deal.
