What are your thoughts on these people?

My Initial thought was "wow, this content is solid".

Now I see a lot of the same "influencers" copy & Pasting and/or recycling the same messages each week.

When did LI turn into a high school popularity contest?

I'm thinking you must be new here... There's a lot of bitching about LI influencer BS in the War Room.

It's mostly just people who like the sound of their own voice, and it's been like that for awhile.

Let them do their thing; I see alot of them going viral based upon a product their selling. It’s just marketing right?
Resume builders creating viral posts ranting about the inequity of recruiters/ceos sending people thru a rigmarole to get a job , or playful content like Corporate Bro are just doing the same thing we all do?
Selling yourself and a brand, what’s there to hate? Just mute or unfollow

They say politics is Hollywood for ugly people. LinkedIn is influencing for ugly people. I have known a few LinkedIn Influencers personally, including having gone to school with one, and their character is seriously lacking. At one point during the pandemic I took part in their Zoom meetups and found them to be a waste of them.

Ever notice how the vast majority of them work for crappy startups and you rarely see as many from a top tier SaaS company?
