Looking for a new SDR role

Your dude, aka, the guy, aka me, is ready to get back into action.

After pretty much a year gap. My first place was at a startup - revenue operations software,(45k/yr) I did well there for about a year, never got promoted, the management sucked ass and was all fired, I had moved to a enterprise role at a cyber security spot(80k/yr) after that but that entire sales management crew was fired the day I was brought on and the company died shortly after. So I said fuck it and just bounced out of sales for a bit, now I'm back, 'suprise motherfucker'

I definitely didn't bring the big dick energy to my first couple interviews so they kinda bombed, the first one I didn't close them, the second one when I did I got critiqued on how I asked the question and then the next 20 minutes was about their objections to me ie. 'you seem to bounce around alot and don't have focus, one year here, a few months here, a year away, now you're back, what do you want kid' and 'looking for someone more senior Idk if you're going to be able to do well unmanaged the processes aren't built'

So any advice on how to sell myself, what kind of company to join, what company to join, would be great, I'm hoping to be hired in 11 days because MONEY.

I can definetly build proccesses, thats my shit, and I'm definetly able to focus I just need some management that isn't literal ass and about to be fired.

I'm hoping for some good recommendations for companies to join - What I want, is a great product, management, and compensation (in that order) SaaS, Startup, series A-C. Cybersecurity, Revenue operations, event management, type shit. 60k plus base ideally. REMOTE

I've applied the jobs thing here, also reaching out to a bunch of recruiters to get the ball rolling and being active on linkedin to get interviews with hiring sales directors and such, just got an interview for this morning that way that went well, I sent out a little pre-liminary prospecting email to them before the interview that they loved and the only objection they had to me was to 'bring the energy' (GUILTY)
