Happy to see this one through - this guy was a dick. He was so forward and aggressive with his negotiating. He always had to be in power, would rarely get on the phone/Zoom, and refused to schedule next steps. So everything was done over email from negotiating to closing, and it was a pain in the ass.
After negotiating with this man (learned how to stand my ground with this type of power dynamic, good skill to learn), he committed to signing once it passes redlines which would take about a month. He then kept me in the dark the entire time. I kept staying on top of him and asked for updates to see where his team was and, doubting that it would close before November end like planned, tried to see if I needed to get him an extension because he wouldn't tell me if or when it would finish getting approval.
Fortunately, his signature landed me in my inbox Friday morning after Thanksgiving while I was out. That was a pretty good feeling.
