Outreach users, seeing a dip in open and response rates

Hey squad- we are big outreach power users and since late january we have seen a massive drop off in email responses and opens.


The outreach team keeps pointing fingers at other areas and the feedback is not helpful. Based on the amount of outreach activity its impossible for us to not see opens and responses and we have confirmed its not on our side.


any other outreach users seeing issues with outreach reporting/responses?

if anything more quality over quantity but still saw things uptick in activity despite the overall quality focus so its a head scratcher and something clearly happened in late january

ive seen less response, but we deal with peeps traveling (insurance) and people are just not open to seeking healthcare right now. they're afraid of covid and so it's extremely hard to get new deals atm.

Not really related to response rates, but a weird situation with outreach.

A Rep of mine has a sequence in outreach. About the 3rd email, even though it was sent from his outreach account, was actually sent by another reps account. With their signoff and everything.

Messaged outreach support over this and crickets so far. 

That is honestly my biggest gripe with outreach. Their support team. Half the time they either reply 2-3 days later or not at all.
