It seems like politics has infiltrated every aspect of our life at this point. What are your thoughts on political conversations in the workplace and have you seen any affects of its involvement?

I keep political arguments to family events and my imaginary debate opponents when I'm driving alone. Keep that topic out of the office, please.
Donโt engage in it at all. The best thing that can happen is someone thinks youโre marginally cooler; worst case scenario is that someone gets offended for some reason and gets you put on a shit list with HR

Like everyone else has said, politics should stay out of the office. Same with religion. And I feel same with major social issues going on - think BLM, feminist issues, vaccines vs no vaccines... Emotionally charged conversations offer zero value to the workplace and I can guarantee that your co workers don't give a fuck what you think.ย
Please don t do it. Here in Belgium is very tricky. But the Dutch donโt mind talking about it.ย

I definitely think you should keep politics out of the workplace. No place for it.ย
Don't engage in them remain like Switzerland and stay neutral in all affairs. You ever see a mad swiss person??? no because they don't worry about the world's bs.
Keep it out of the office. Everyone should be free to their own opinion. But no need to bring it in to workย
