I've looked at RepVue and GlassDoor but curious if anyone here actually enjoys the company they work for? I obviously want to make as much money as possible so comp is definitely a top priority, but I'm also now in a place where culture, development, and trust in leadership is just as critical as making top dollar.

Current company is in shambles: second round of layoffs since pandemic started, unsafe environment to share constructive feedback (then, by default, leadership doesn't listen or take sellers' POVs into GTM strategy), comp structure changes mid-year for the worse (easier for clients to buy, worse for sellers to sell), overall shitty culture, questionable product market positioning.. I could go on.

I know that there's good/bad/ugly in every company so I'm not really a believer in "grass is greener on the other side," but I am curious to see if there truly are highly rated companies out there that you all support or back.
