Take 2 on this post. I deleted the original because I was getting pissed people were trying to make excuses on Bravado’s behalf out of pure speculation or muddying up the post by conflating the product I ordered with something else.
i just want the thing that I ordered and I feel like Bravado plays too fast and loose with the labelling of prizes in the commish store…
Take the iPad for example. The picture is clearly an iPad pro but the prize is a standard iPad. I brought this up with @Gasty and the excuse he gave is that the picture of the standard iPad doesn’t look good… this is prioritizing the aesthetic of the site over clear expectations for users. Not cool.
This brings us to the current situation where I got sent a Nespresso Vertuo Next [$150 CAD] instead of the Nespresso VertuoPlus [$300 CAD] that I ordered.
Do I hate Bravado now? No. But this amateur shit needs to stop.
And for all the haters that were saying:
”at least you’re getting your stuff already” or “you shouldn’t complain for getting free stuff”… None of this stuff is free. I earned it by investing my time and engagement to the site and I would much rather have to wait longer for the right thing than get the wrong thing right away.
This isn’t the first time i got a downgraded product either but I let it slide the first time because it was when Bravado had just started.
All this to say, I just want what I ordered and for stuff to be properly labeled, complete with accurate pictures. is that too much to ask?
