This was an upsell. We rolled out a new product a few months ago, so when I'm out on the road I'll stop into existing clients to "check in" and then introduce our new offering. I've never met a customer who didn't love us, so it's usually pretty easy to book some time to explore our new stuff. This account was initially very excited to chat with us and learn more, but the decision maker tried to push us off once we got into pricing. We offered them a pro-rated amount and were able to bring it in for an easy close.
