punishedlad closed a deal for $19.5k to the Administration department

Some of you may have seen my post asking for help on stalled out deals. This was the deal that spurred that post. This account has had a contract on the desk for two and a half months, many promising phone calls, even in-person interactions. All followed by radio silence for a few weeks and another promising interaction (ad nauseam).

He finally signed that contract today. I wish I could say it was thanks to some killer piece of advice laid down by a fellow savage, but the signature went through earlier without a word from us or the account since last week.
