EOQ Heroics alert 🚨🚨🚨

Two separate 50K SLAPS after hours on the last day of the quarter. Emotions were high, knees were weak, palms were spaghetti.

The first one was a current customer caught out of compliance but a beneficiary of antiquated pricing and one of their best friends working at the company. After 4 very-heated east coast style negotiations the deal came in correcting their pricing for a good win-win.

The second was a large utility contractor looking at our software for the first time. Fast-mover (for this space) and a referral. We couldn't get over the procurement hurtle all week until finally in the 11th hour we dropped just a smidge and they gave us the green light ✅.
