RunDownTheStairs closed a deal for $850k to the IT department

This is the worst account ever. The won't talk to me, but love the software. When they were up for a 200k renewal, we slapped them with a 60% uplift on their contract. They suddenly wanted to talk. We agreed that if they bought more, we could keep their discount close to what it is today. We ended up getting an extra 500K out of them. Take that, shitty account.
