Super long and frustrating deal. Figured out we were vendor of choice pretty early into the evaluation and my champion was excited to get the ball rolling.
From the get go their legal team inserted themselves and were very annoying to deal with. As a company that offers our solution to some of the biggest fortune 100 companies in highly regulated industries for them to be so over the top as a small firm was pretty alarming.
Stuck in a back and forth and then holding pattern getting our paper approved from their legal and then at the end they accepted our terms but slashed the amount of products and brought the size of the deal way down. Disappointing and frustrating overall but a learning experience for sure.
