Salary / Comission / Bonus Ratio for Sales Leadership

Moving from Enterprise AE to Leadership and wondering what people typically see as the ratio in base/OTE and how it changes. Not looking for numbers but common structures.

First off, congrats! Base will increase, most likely, and be the meaty part of your OTE mix. Commission/Variable is tied to team performance, making the control point further away.

Iโ€™d imagine youโ€™ll see a 70/30 split with larger upside accelerators for over performance.ย
