I'm a sucker for uncommon arrangements. Back in 2018, I'd negotiated a flexible WFH for myself in a rigidly office-bound corporation. Come 2020, when COVID hit and WFH became the norm, I was sitting pretty while chaos reigned elsewhere.

Good answer ! I have learnt this the hard way - Never lowball. Go high, they will anyway have you negotiate to a lower number. I always ended up feeling I lowballed my offer and I could have been paid a bit more. Lesson.
