I don't even want to share how long it took to close this one. It was on and off for over a year. Dealing with global contacts with differing needs made it quite difficult let alone the time zone differences we had to deal with. We kept coming back to their desire to get on the platform to ensure they met their reporting deadlines. Took a lot of patience and difficult convos with procurement, but happy to finally bring it across the finish line.
