When I took over this territory, I looked at previously closed opps or ones that had simply fizzled out. Proud that I was able to take what was once a no to a yes. They were very skeptical to re-engage our selling process, however, through deep discovery, asking questions to uncover true pain and quite a bit of patience, we were able to expand this account to yet another one of our solutions. Their whole enterprise is bought onto our solution and it feels good to serve/provide solutions that fit a need.
