This one felt so good. I am a Tonal customer myself and once I was assigned the account, I was going to do ALL I could to make something happen. I had noticed that they had a bunch of turnover within the finance org. I was reaching out to controllers and CFOs with limited response and "No longer here". I had to get creative. They had a changing of CEO and a recent round funding. I took the opportunity and created a creative outreach directly to the CEO congratulating her on her recent appointment and their funding. The next day I received an email from the interim-CFO referencing my message and saying "we wanna talk" It was a huge win and demonstration of tenacity and perseverance. Ended up being a decent win and will continue to grow the account.
