I managed to bring this deal home by being tactical with my texting.
I had the CEO's whatsApp and I simply followed up post calls in case they had other questions that they forgot to mention etc...
Slowly all the negotiations happened thru whatsapp and what was a deal of onboarding 7 people managed to make them 37 in one go!
Guess the guy feared to be burnt and wanted to assurance of having me just a text away. Great means to build rapport and trust quickly.
I'll be sharing more deals that will be closed because of breaking the texting barrier and starting these "informal" discussions.
