ideas of what to get them, our CEO is also telling us to get troll gifts.ย

Make a โ€œTake one for the teamโ€ sales survival kit. Throw in a condom. Add a โ€œdelete stupid statementโ€ card for live demos, allowing them to get their foot out of their mouth. Add a 5 hour energy bottle. Youโ€™re done.

Every secret santa I have gotten the same gift and every time people have loved it; a bottle of wine and a YETI mug. The troll gift thing seems odd. Sales is hard, especially if people arent on track for quota at EOY. I cant imagine getting a troll gift is good for company culture while some people are sweating their sales numbers.
