This started with a cold email that was part of an automation campaign over the summer. We worked our way up the management tree until we spoke with key decision makers in late august. Agreement in principle happened a few weeks back, and our proposal was submitted to the board for approval.
Our contracts are milestone based, the max value is something like $8,000,000 but it's not likely that we'll be able to capture all of the incentive.
The initial call happened because "I had never heard of you before" - so, an instance of no name recognition HELPING us!
