If you have followed the Series A chronicles, you'll know about the shit show at my current company.
This week they told us that the are changing the comp plan.
The comp plan was literally the only good thing about the whole situation, it was pretty damn good and now they are taking away the only good thing that was left.
They haven't released it but it seems like it will involve less accelerators and partial credits if prospects dont take certain actions that are outside of our control.
It seems like leadership has completely lost control of the company, investors are just trying to cash out asap as this company seems to be a risky bet.
14 of us left 3 are managers/leads, so more really 11 of us left. They said they'll cut around 3 more people in the upcoming days/weeks.
The ship is sinking, supplies are scarce and leadership has elected to throw soldiers to the ocean to preserve reserves, betrayals and comrade cannibalism are taking place as the remaining warriors sacrifice each other in an effort to gain the general's approval and remain alive.
champchamp is preparing an escape plan, got the tools ready and I'm making a move, have connected with fellow warriors from previous battalions and they've offered to help...
Leaders from promising kingdoms and armies have shown interest in my battle skills and communication channels have been opened...
... Promising lands are in the horizon but I must manage to stay alive until I can secure approval to join a different brigade.
