This was one of those HOT leads I got from the VP of CS. This is a current customer that was up for renewal, they were also on the legacy pricing model. To say my company doesnt know how to handle renewals is an understatement.
When I got on the first call it was just a list of things that they hated, didn't work right, or wasted their time.....Awesome.
Thankfully I was able to work with the CSM and VP of CS to put some language in the new contract that made them happy, and I was able to get approval for them to keep the legacy pricing.
im batting 1000% so far on renewals. lets hope that continues!
