TennisandSales closed a deal for $99k to the Research Operations department

the legal contact for this company is the WORST person ive ever had to work with.

This lady shut down this opp 2 years ago (before my time) because of concerns over data privacy. but never got on a call.

When they came inbound again my boss handed it to me and said good luck,

thankfully I was able to connect with a director that had never been engaged with before, and found out their current solution was being sunset and they would be left without a solution if they did not act fast.

So i used that momentum to pressure the team to stand up to this lady in legal and get her on a call.

She tore our MSA and BAA to shreds and questioned everything.

I had to CONSTANTLY ask her "i understand you question but if this critical to having the organization form an agreement?"

thankfully we got it done, and my boss is glad he doesnt have to deal with it after im gone.
