This is the first time this group is renewing with us. Their initial contract was a 3 year agreement and this next one will be 3 years as well.
There was a small upsell in here but the hardest part was that this contract is between 2 different departments. SO i pretty much had to make 2 renewals to make this one happen.
thankfully it wasn't too difficult but glad I got it in.
We are moving to a recognized revenue model so renewals are SUPER critical now.
