ok I'm not going to lie I'm partially making this post because I just finished watching Nathan Fielder's The Curse.
My mind is still racing after the finale and I know I'm going to be thinking about this for a long time. If you haven't watched this yet or The Rehearsal, I strongly suggest it!
I'll keep this sales related. One theme that gets brought up in the Curse is that if you think something hard enough you can will it to happen. Thinking about the hamster wheel that we live on called sales, we spend our time often living quarter to quarter, and in my opinion there are certainly some deals that I've won in part by willing them to happen (and a lot of hard work, but still).
The idea that our beliefs can partially shape reality as it plays out is a neat concept and who the hell knows maybe has some truth to it.
I'm gonna go drink a beer and probably start rewatching this haha.
