Allow me to set the stage:
Things are going well for me at my current org, I was once a recruiter prior to getting into tech sales 8 years ago so I have a soft spot for agency recruiters.
Yesterday morning one reached out to me and he owns his own agency, sent me an interesting message and I said screw it yeah lets talk. Go ahead and book time for today.
He doesn't call me, doesn't even send me a message, so now I'm like alright cool your dead to me and I won't work with you.
Here's my question, you spend the time to curate outreach, you do the hards steps and someone says yeah sure lets talk, it's your agency where you need to make money or your screwed, why in the name of sales ops did you do these things to blow off meeting me about the role you reached out to me for???
