unclespacejam closed Financial Institution for $500k to the CEO department

This one came together much faster than I had anticipated. Got an intro to their SVP operations back in Nov 22, connected again in Jan 23 and started initial discovery in February. Start to finish, we nailed this down in only 10 months, which is record time in my world.

gotta chalk this up to three things: 1) Incredible champion in their SVP, operations - he really help keep the momentum in this deal

2) totally went all in and bet the farm on this deal

3) hours upon hours of extensive research, discovery and meeting/ collaborating with multiple levels of their team (spent over 6500 hours working on this one)

This will result in a significant digital transformation for this company and still has $1M+ of growth on the table in their renewal in 2024.
