I'm a sap for the new year and wanted to see what my kings and queens are bringing into this year. I love bringing anything positive I can - whether it be an intention, a goal, or just a good ass statement to remember.

I looove Mario Kart! I think my positivity is that I am not going to complain or whine about my employer to my colleagues and if they mention something negative, I will try to find a way to listen and then mention something positive about our jobs

Reminding myself to keep a positive mindset in more/most situations as I get in my head a lot. I know I’m a lot more productive in the workplace and happier in my social life when I give myself those little mental reminders. Also - fkn love Mario kart

Honestly, I am so excited to let my inner beast loose again this year. I am debt-free, healthy, getting married, and finally figured out what I want to do the next five years - and it will require networking and a pivot (two of my favorite challenges). Other than being sick currently, I wake up every morning lately at 5am super excited to plot and scheme the next chapter of my career. I haven't felt like this since maybe 2015, like the world is my oyster. Tech is still full of toxic bs, but I am back to feeling optimistic about what can happen next now that the unicorn slaughter and reset is occurring.

Write down your sales goals and intentions for the year - it helps! President's Club, 100% quota, # of net new logos, etc. And once you have the goals written down, make smaller action plans to achieve them.

It’s been a while since I finally feel like I know what I’m doing! It makes it easier to spend time with family and move on from the BS my manager says. My main goal is to challenge myself and not stay comfortable even though it feels easy! I hate resolutions but now it’s all about piling cash and so far I’m close to 6 months of fuck you money, shooting for 1 year
