Put some bright colored stickers on the wall so you donโ€™t hit it again ๐Ÿ™‚ย

usually PTO. Get out of work mode for a bit. Regardless if youโ€™re busy.ย

if PTO isnโ€™t in the cards immediately, start writing SIMPLE to-do lists. Check a few boxes. Once the list is done, move up a notch on the tasks and compound.ย

You may need to take a few days off. Hide all of your work related stuff - keep your phone off - and reset.

Take a break from the screens, get out in nature, go for a walk. Just distract yourself from work and disengage.ย

Look back on what you are doing that is boring you and making you come up to that wall and see what you can do differently to change up the day.ย

Just working from a new location helps shift your mood and mindset! New city, go to a coffeeshop, or even just a new place in your house can help.

I work with a leadership development coach and the best advice shes ever given me after a full year of weekly sessions filled with life changing moments - take 15 min breaks 2x a day where you can't be near a phone, a computer, or any technology where work can reach you or you can reach out to work.ย  I have them on my calendar.ย  Non-negotiables for me now.ย  I also take a minimum of 30 min every day for lunch now.ย  The micro-breaks will reduce your burnout over time.ย  That and just accepting that this job is really hard, and it's always going to be that way.ย  So, slow down.ย  Put in good work but don't work yourself to death.ย  It'll be there waiting for you again tomorrow.ย  self care > proving myself to anyone and working with that as my mindset now all day every day.ย  It sounds silly, but it has literally changed my life. (And I'm currently on track to hit 1000% of my quota.ย  Yes. 1000%.ย  Because I stepped away and breathed 3x a day and didn't work until all hours of the night like I did before.)ย  <3 Hang in there!!ย ย

If you've hit a wall with prospecting, try a new technique. We all know that there's no one magic bullet with sales, so maybe it's time to change up your game for a few days to energize yourself. Try videos or LinkedIn posts or something different than the normal cold calls and email blasts
