Typically we don't for awards, but occasionally will see gift cards/small amounts of cash attached

Also, just a recommendation, but the war room typically is going to be anonymous so probably not super smart to share a picture with your name on it
we don't technically. but our comp plan is designed to very much incentivize being a top performer. plus if you're getting awards like that you're definitely making it to club.

we get 17% commission up until we hit quota. from 100-150% of quota we get 1.5x commission, and anything over 150% we get 2x commission on. No cap on commission or on accelerators. You also get a 1.5x uplift on net new logo's (pre acceleration amount).
Nope, I have accelerators. If I'm getting an award, I'm likely into accelerators getting 15-20%+ commish
I get a phat commission cheque and a pat on the back, and that's about it.

So I commission and accelerators, but if I crush everyone else and get and away, it means I’m making bank already. So it’s a nice gesture, and I will enjoy the President’s Club trip.
