I'm picking up what you are throwing down, do you use anything specifically to record the VMs or are you just holding a tape recorder up to the phone? 

I am currently using salesforce and nextiva to bridge and automate dials and I am salivating at the idea of automating VM portions of the cadences.

The tool I’m using lets me prerecord the vm and leaves them automatically in the background. In rare occasions when it doesn’t register a time to leave a vm. Or a gatekeeper transfers you to someone’s vm I can leave a more personalized one or 1-click to leave the prerecorded one

My quota is set on the year, but broken up by quarter and then into month. It's weighted by the historical average of our industry/product sales. 

I hit 2x my month in Jan, and looking to hit my quarter by EOM. Got some time off coming up and could use the breather.

I'm haven't hit my quarter because I'm a pussy ass bitch and gotta get off war room and make some dials.
