My largest deal to date, it took almost 6 months to close. This deal had everything from price concessions to buying agreements to conversations with a city mayor. I worked with my customer to ensure that he got exactly the software and hardware solution he needed, but also he got it delivered in a turnkey package that would meet his timeline needs. I came up with outside-the-box and creative solutions for problems no customer had previously asked me to address. The contract is a 10 year exclusive partnership, and my company plans to use it to market to other similar customers. This was a difficult but super rewarding deal.
