Alright I'mma keep it real - sahil's post here comes off as really tone deaf.

Users have already volunteered HOURS of their time to Bravado.

 - Posting super valuable content that is then often used in marketing material and social media posts. 

- Beta testing and providing feedback to the engineering team. 

- Moderating this community and trying to keep it relatively free of bots/spammers.  

Prizes are great (and Caroline is literally amazing for handling it all,) but lately it feels like users in here are being treated as a free labour pool. Last week a post went up asking users to promote Bravado on LinkedIn and other socials. Not much in it for us other than being easily doxxed lol. Now it's "help the CEO build a phone game." Wat. I guess if that's what people want to spend their time doing that's their business, but why are we being asked to help? 

I'll take a page out of the sales manager handbook and pose the question: What have you done for us lately? How about the DM function we've been requesting for over a year now? I know many of us would love the opportunity to connect with each other regarding opportunities or even just to have in depth conversations without the risk of doxxing ourselves. If that's not possible due to current financial/technical limitations that's understandable, but until some more value can be offered it would be cool to see less requests for more free work from this community.

That is an extremely valid question - we have a full roadmap with features to improve the WR experience. 

How about our VP Product @lisa and I do a public town hall where we walkthrough it? 

We are building DMs, follows, improvements to the app, spam filtering, etc. to improve the WR. I'm happy to share the roadmap + timeline, and get your feedback.
