3 months from first contact to closing, one of the shortest cycles I`ve seen in the past 2 years and that`s why i Love this one.
We were called in sort of last minute, and had to convince the buyer here that we were a better options for them. At the end, what won us this deal was (and this is what my champion shared):
- how fast we were to come back with suggestions, answers to questions, throughout the whole cycle. Our high level of cooperation and responsiveness in general.
- our pricing model being more transparent than the competitors'`, therefore resulting in a lower TCO (Total Cost Of Ownership) on the mid and long run (this is a min 3 yrs contract type of service)
- Design and feel of the product (I had pre-sales and design completely customize the demo here, with customer`s branding, color themes, even different languages.. )
So, a super sweet deal, even more so that it got me to meet and overachieve quota for 2022 :)
