One of those perfect deals :) Started by outreach from my SDR in July, proceeded with discovery, demo, a mini-RFI just after that. They took some 2-3 months to re-evaluate (compare with competition), and came back with more questions, another meeting, then le me know they decided to proceed with us. With the contract signed first week of December, took me only 5 months to close this with the average being 9 months for us.
