Happy Friday!


I know a lot of people are doing dry January. I’m participating every day but Fridays. Gotta have some sort of goal to look forward to each week.


Hows the new year starting off for everyone? Deals leaked over to start fast? Just now logging into into your CRM?


Regardless, what’s in your glass tonight? I’ll be drinking a bourbon from Barrel today. I think it’s the Dovetail edition. Looking forward to it shortly.

Hiiii. 

I'm not intentionally doing a dry Jan, but haven't had a drink yet in 2022. As Cartman says "whateva whateva, I do what I want," so if I feel like drinking, I will. If not, you're welcome liver. 

The week was pretty good for me - basically spent it getting prepared for the rest of the month. Next week is going to be busy with new meetings and trying to wrap up shit that didn't happen last month. Poised for a ballin' Q1 - LFG.

I'm WFH so beers are cracked at 1pm sharp with lunch. Deals are flowing and I'm taking some parental leave in Feb so trying to enjoy the quiet while it lasts.

Oh that does sound delicious, I shall research.  Been a slow week over here, seems like very few people want to answer the phone, thats fair.  Busy trying to fill the calendar with appointments, I guess things will fire up soon enough.

January not been that dry so far, im enjoying a bit of Japanese whiskey at the moment.

All my deals that pushed are partner deals, and I have little control over when the next meeting is with them, so trying to move middle stage opportunities as fast as possible to close in Q1. Feeling very anxious as my quota doubled. Doing dry Jan as well. Friday feels like Tuesday

I am indeed doing Dry Jan - I had hoped to be back boxing again too, but another 3 week lockdown is here to keep me annoyed.

I was supposed to be starting the year at 22~% quota, but I'm getting ghosted - what's new right?
