hi guys I got a new job!!! 
but instead of selling to sales VPs and CROs im selling to the heads of customer service- does any have any advice that can help my understand what approach to take or tips that have helped them be successful with similar prospects

Have you read up on latest Customer Service trends?  What materials has your own company produced?  In addition to talking to the sales people, having a talk with your own Customer Service leader(s) would be a good place to start.
