Any experience building your own app?

Any war room members have experience with using a no code app builder software?

Have some down time between previous job and new job.

Decided I want to take action on an idea I've had.

Didn't see any previous threads on it when I searched. Google's pointing me in 100 directions and I have zero technical skills when it comes to coding.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Iโ€™m actually early days on a project for a hobby that could maybe one day be a business. Iโ€™m using Softr.io because it lets me use google sheets as my DB (could also be airtable but Iโ€™m shit at that platform)

Iโ€™ve seen softr.io referenced along with apphive.io a few times.

Is softr easy to use so far in your experience?

I havenโ€™t used apprhive, but I tried bubble and hated it. Theyโ€™re all foreign to me and softr is pretty easy.

Have you tried Appsmith. Heard itโ€™s good and straightforward. Havenโ€™t used it personally though.

Didn't try that yet, but mainly what would that app help when it comes to sales?

My idea has nothing to do with sales.

But, thereโ€™s a lot of ambitious people in this community so figured Iโ€™d do some digging here first.

I believe your best answer is going to be based upon complexity of the app. Might be worth it to look into an app agency that does exactly this and get a quote from them

Definitely going to consider this.

Yes. I have built two mobile apps. "Dynamic Map" and "Whoosh! Primed for Retirement" These were coded apps, however.

Thanks for sharing this. I've been looking a side project for a long time which would involve app dev. I've been looking for where I can either learn it myself (for free) or find some tools I can OTJ learn.
