Anyone in London?

Or surrounding areas? Would love to have some sales friends! I'm in SaaS, specifically MarTech and believe outbound is the only way to succeed. New Yorker now in the UK.

I will eventually. I promise..... I realize after typing that, I have totally set it up as a "That's what she said" meme, but I have no regrets

Urgh London. Used to go there every week for work in a previous life, even had an office there. Its not a bad place but I didnt love it, the people their are mostly arrogant and stuck up in my experience, a few nice ones here and there though.

Amsterdam would be my choice of European city to work in. After London, Amsterdam was my hunting grounds for 2 years (again had an office there, would commute there every 2 weeks from UK) and its a beautiful city with the best people.

In London you mean? Skip the city and explore wider UK or Europe if you arent from there. Main recommendations would be do a weekend in the Lake District in Cumbria or do a weekend in Amsterdam. I never spent a lot of personal time in London, I lived up north and would be in and out in a day so dont have many recommendations for sight seeing or food unfortunately.

That said, if you havent yet, make sure you learn to appreciate a good english donner kebab, the best drunk food.

A few, but I do not know if they are here or not. I hate to say it, but you might also check LinkedIn for a regional group there.

I lived there for 2 years and commuted almost biweekly for a year before moving. Really a great city, super vibrant. There are also great MeetUps you could try that is bringing sales people together. For food, you should definitely try:Beigel Bake,Bone Daddies, Dishoom, Roka, Padella, Circolo Popolare,Shack-Fuyu - variability of food in London will never come short
