This was a growth deal that I tagged onto my initial land (which was previously added a minute ago). We identified ample opportunity to go wider in scope during the initial evaluation but chose to focus on the land first. I had to bring in additional stakeholders on this expansion which created a lot more friction then the land did (as we were asking for a lot more money). Our Sales Engineering team ran a flawless cycle and met every requirement, allowing us to keep our competition out of the account.
