This was a land deal with a company that was rushing a product to market. I built a strong championship that ultimately led to a frictionless sales process. We mapped to their requirements right out of the gates and created certainty in the deal, so they did not bring in any other vendors as they needed to move quickly. Great example of getting out of your own way as my leadership wanted me to press on "Why they aren't looking at anyone else" I fear if I had done that in this deal, they may have asked themselves the same question and created competition.
