AYO - nice end of quarter win from a previously churned customer who and I quote "we are spending way too much money".
So what happened? They left us last summer to head to a competitor (traditionally 30-35% cheaper), a complete shitshow of over promises and under delivery from this competitor who was chomping at the bit to steal our business.
Lengthy implementation hampered by data quality issues, an inability to integrate into the organizations ERP (despite promises to the contrary), and a solid blame game all around.
Why is this so fun? WELL this organization left us on about a 90K~ ARR contract (historical pricing and discounts) to go spend 60K on something that simply did not work, and now they're back with a heavy uplift at new customer pricing.
So, ARE YA spending too much?
