Pokemon shifted my childhood, the videogames, card games, tazos, it was everywhere! I wanted to catch them all!

I came here to vote for "Avatar the Last Airbender" but I'm really not a big anime person. Is that considered anime? Either way that show deserves love!

I agree - where is Avatar the Last Airbender? Such a great show! It really changed my opinion about anime.
I'm also not an anime guy but ATLA is my go to every two years! Curious to see what they will be able to do with the eventual live action version - either way it will be better than Shyamalan's version
Shyamalan's version set a whole different standard of cringe. I rewatched this series when it was released on Netflix and it never disappoints.

Yeah so Netflix apparently started trying to get a live action going with the original creators in order to properly follow their vision - was supposed to start filming in 2019/2020 but has since been delayed. No real info on when it will actually be released.

"Dororo" is one of the best anime's I've ever seen. Not quite as well known as some of the Anime on this list but it's pretty easy to watch as it only has 25 eps(story doesn't drag) and has great animation.
