Boudreaux closed Boyer Company for $139.2k to the Real Estate department

This was a big win for me in my market, the low price leader has developed a solid relationship over the years, but has been slipping. The majority of my clients however are price focused and low price usually wins a lot of the time. I worked for a year building the relationship and not bad mouthing the competition and it really paid off for me on this one. Two of my contacts I have been building the relationship with over the past 12-months went to bat for me and even clashed with their boss because it's low price only with her. I am hoping to generate some momentum here, but the work has just started right! I have to knock it out of the park moving forward and deliver, but that's the fun part.
