Dental DAMN

Recently started working for a company selling to dentists-- talking one or two location, 4 people in the office MAXIMUM, SMB dental practices. My team and I are having a lot of difficulty booking demos because receptionists and office managers for these practices are trained to divert any kind of solicitation, and doctors are slammed with patients all day.

Don't want to rely too heavily on emails-- anyone have experience in the space and have any tricks up their sleeves to get to the doc, or push them to book something for the practice? I love what we sell and really believe in it, but my words don't mean much on the ears of those trained to turn away!!!

Do you offer a biologic?
Are you finding a way to do research on the gatekeepers? FB/LinkedIn etc.

Do not skip selling to the gatekeeper, build a relationship
Also what is your volume of content look like to the Dr.? 1-2 emails a week?

Either you want the business or you don't. Getting a no is better than getting nothing. Pick 2-3 Dr's if possible in the same practice and CUSTOMIZE each message, do your homework. Then pepper them. Hire a content marketing service if you aren't good at it or learn to get good then go at it!

Best of luck

Facebook has been pretty useful as far as understanding what kind of tech they're using

killer advice honestly-- trying to figure out how to scale it out though. We've only got two rounds of funding under our belt so the board is fed activity metrics, making it hard to focus on message quality. sounds like I need to spend some time queuing up some messaging and doing a little more personalization

Thanks for pointing me north!
